i play piano, violin, and im learning guitar >.<
heyyy so its been 2 years since i made this page and i havent put anything on it. but im finally committed this time to learning guitar ayyy
i recently quit my school's orchestra, so while my violin skills are surely desintigrating, im going to learn guitar instead
im obsessed with michael jackson right now cuz of that fuck ass movie so for my first song i will be learning the riffs in dirty diana. but u may ask... isnt that kind of hard for a beginner? and u would be right but my years of instrument playing makes me so overconfident that i only want to play cool stuff that im interested in. i will still be learning scales and arpeggios and the like because its fun to me and i understand the importance of them.
this isnt actually my very first time learning. i had practiced consistently for about a week last year, learning my favorite song of all time (groan by dazey and the scouts). i can still kind of play the riff from the beginning. but in overall learning, the only chord i know by heart is E. so im pretty bad.
right now my violin experience is rlly carrying me. im able to tell when im too stiff, when my left hand fingers are moving too dramatically, and when my posture is fucking me over. if only i had started sooner id be goatedd
